PTO Minutes 10-18-10
I.
Attendance: Sara Feyen, Stacey Duster, Lori
Olmstead, Stacy Oberman, Amy Reisen, Michelle Till, Chad
Biermeier, Jen Montag, Sarah Delaney(&Danny Delaney),
Maureen Dietzel, and Annie Murphy. Meeting called to
order 6:04pm by Sara Feyen.
II.
Reviewed Minutes from 9-20-10. Motion to approve
by Sara Feyen seconded by Stacy Oberman.
III.
Jen Montag reviewed Treasurer’s Report. Motion
to approve Sara Feyen seconded by Lori Olmstead
IV.
Madison and Cassidy Feyen taking over as
babysitters for Crystal Beschen during PTO Meetings
V.
Fundraising
A.
Lori Olmstead will continue to type up Fundraiser

Thumser’s 19th Hole Night will be
October 25th
C.
Wendy’s Night will be October 19th.
Wear Costumes. Stacy Duster working from 5-6 trying to
find someone for 6-7. Checking to see if we can hand
out candy to those who wear costumes.
-November 16th-Football/Volleyball Players 5-7pm Sarah
Delaney and Sara Feyen will work that night. Sarah D.
is checking with Football Coaches to see if players are
available to come and sign autographs.
-December 21st- Christmas Caroling, Stacy
Oberman will talk to Mrs. Flynn. Jen Montag will work.

Dates are 11/11, 1/20, 3/31 4:00-7:00pm, we get $2.50
per
person
back.
E.
Grand Harbor- 12/9 and 4/7 dates.
F. Chestnut- Stacey Duster will organize dates and
check into Ski Club

Profit-$29,424.00, Gross Profit-$12,472.00,
Invoice-$16,951.00
-Warrior
Bags- 120 bags left from fundraiser, if we want to keep
them we owe $3 per bag. We are going to keep them and
sell some at Wendy’s Night in November.
-Volunteer Staff Member-duct tape to wall- Mr.
Biermeier, Mrs. Till, Mr. Reisen, Mr. Delaney, Mr.
Desanti, Mrs. Miller, Mrs. Flynn. Each classroom
teacher will have each student in the class vote for who
they want to get duct taped. We will have the duct tape
event sometime in May at an assembly.

Orders- still holding until November
VI. New/Old Business
A.
Book Fair-set up went smoothly. Mrs. Till will
check with Mr. Strube and see if he needs help and
tearing down. Sixth grade is available to help.
B.
Lockers- Looking into adding lockers for PK- 6th
Grade. J&R will give us a quote, possibly get parent
volunteers to help install.
C.
Teacher Request-Elementary/JH now has a new
binding machine.
D.
ED Elementary Website—Kathy Stierman—will be
addressed by the Teacher’s Union
VII. Open Floor- Stacy
Oberman would like the PTO to pay the difference in
cost for the bus
the Kindergarten Class on their Zoo Trip. We will
discuss this
further at the next meeting.
