Math Rules & Reminders

• Treat everyone with respect.
• Be in your seat when the bell rings.
• Come to class prepared. Always have your assignment notebook, homework, textbook, practice book, binder, calculator, correcting pen, and pencil with you.
• ALL work is done in pencil.
• Show all work unless otherwise indicated.
• Any assignments done on loose-leaf paper must have your name and page number on the top of them.
• Keep busy at all times. If you finish your assignment before class is over either work on homework from another class or read a book.
• Use the restroom or water fountain during passing time.

Assignments

All assignments will be collected the day after they are assigned. They will be collected at the beginning of the class period, anything turned in after that time will be considered late. Late assignments are worth 50% of the total points and must be turned in at least one day prior to the chapter test.

Grades will be updated on Skyward by Friday each week. If you have a parent or guardian email me or sign a note with your current grade by Thursday of the following week you will receive ten points of extra credit.

Binder Information

Binders will be collected at the end of every chapter. The sections for your binder are:

1. Notes
2. Textbook assignments
3. Worksheets
4. Quizzes/Tests
5. Math Warm-Up
